| GC 1 is a very heavy thick leafed Rustica first released in 1980 and imported into the US from Delhi, India in 1983. It is grown in the state of Gujarat along the western coast of India. The plant reaches an overall height of 3 feet and produces 10-12 primary leaves, along with smaller ones. The plant is very sturdy and stands up well to heavy weather. GC 1 produces some of the largest in size, and heaviest weight leaf of any Rustica strains. The nicotiana content can range from 6-9%. Heavy fertilization will produce the highest nicotine content.
