Ordering & Shipping Information

• To place an order, send an e-mail at nwtseeds@aol.com with your name, full shipping address, and a list of the seed you want to purchase. Include your business name if applicable. We will send you an invoice through PayPal. The invoice can be paid with any credit or debit card, or with many other payment options. You do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice. We accept orders by mail if paid with a USPS money order only. Orders may also be paid by business or personal checks from US banks with prior approval. 

• Shipping charges are $7.95 per order. We provide free shipping on orders over $150 to locations within the United States. All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service and a tracking number for your order will be provided. 
  
  For locations outside the US, shipping prices vary depending on the country, quantity, and the selected shipping option. All orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service by first class or priority mail, with a tracking number for your order. International orders are tracked and insured only until they reach customs in the destination country. Some countries continue tracking after clearing customs. Contact your countries postal service for further information about continued tracking.
  

• Most countries require a phyto-sanitary inspection and certificate to accompany commercial amounts of imported seed. Please check with customs in your country for a full list of your countries import requirements. We can provide a seed inspection and phyto-sanitary certificate issued by the United States Department of Agriculture. An additional charge of $68 is charged by the USDA for this service. Our fields are inspected annually by the USDA and are certified free viruses and bacteria. A copy of our most recent field inspection report will also be included with all international orders. We meet all import requirements to the E.U. and most countries.
